Louis Theroux to take on Donald Trump in new documentary

So a ways, Donald Trump's presidency has been what can only be defined as an accumulation of disasters for human type. He's diminished LGBT rights, tried to prohibit all muslims from entering America - and don't even get us started on his absurd Twitter antics.

But one shimmer of mild in an otherwise very gloomy outlook is the information that investigative journalist Louis Theroux will be taking on the 'phenomenon' that is Donald Trump, and his rise to The White House in a new documentary.

During Trump's presidential campaign, Louis previously said that he 'would be a disastrous president' and, has given that defined the opportunity to investigate the now president as an 'terrific challenge'.

Speaking to The Mirror approximately the problem he's going to have knowledge Trump, Theroux said:

"The task with Trump might be? Some thing so abhorrent that walks on legs and is a person, you need to explore wherein his foibles come from.

"It feels like an entire cultural, nearly sea exchange in how the arena is a part of the submit-Brexit wave of populism. The tale appears to alternate every day with Trump. There's some thing new bubbling beneath. It's hard to get your head around any such massive challenge.

"Hopefully people will find it irresistible. It's correct."

The documentary will be part of the brand new ? As yet unnamed ? Three-element collection which he filmed in America coming up on BBC 2, which does not have a public release date yet.
